Shipping policy

Order Cut-Off Times  

Order cut-off times serve as general guidelines and may vary due to payment authorization delays or holidays.  


Dispatch & Delivery  

•    We aim to dispatch all ready-to-ship items within 48 hours of payment confirmation.  
•    Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date and are provided as general estimates.  
•    Please note that Ros Boutique is not liable for delays caused by customs processes in your country.  


Delivery Address Changes  

•    Address change requests are accepted within 24 hours of order placement.  
•    Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be accommodated. 
•    Orders cannot be redirected to a new address after dispatch.  


Delivery Requirements  

A signature is required upon delivery. However, for residential addresses, packages may occasionally be left at the door if no one is available to sign.  
No Delivery to P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.  


Delivery Times  

Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination.

Free Shipping 

Ros Boutique offers free shipping on all products.


Package Refusal At Delivery  

If you refuse an order at the time of delivery, a 75% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  


Delivered But Not Received  

If your package is marked as delivered to the provided address but you have not received it, Ros Boutique cannot take responsibility for its loss. For secure delivery, we recommend providing a safe location, such as a work address, to ensure the package is received without issues.  


Taxes & Duties  

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning item prices do not include import duties or taxes.  
As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by your country.  
Payment of these fees upon delivery is necessary to release your order from customs.
